Dr.Rebecca Samson¸ National Florence Nightingale Award Winner -2016, from Former Indian President Pranab Mukherjee. She has more than 45+ years in which 13 Years in Australia, Riyadh & Omen. She has done B.Sc (Nursing – 1976), M.Sc ( Nursing -1892), Ph.D. (2003 ) CMCH, Vellore. Dr.Rebecca Samson is an experienced nurse professional with over three decades as an educator and administrator in various institutions and she has established several nursing colleges in South India. She is a crusader for the integration of nursing services and education. Dr.Rebecca Samsor participated in various ICMR projects under CHAD programs at CMC and was a board member of The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and also was on the board of selection for various institutions. She has presented numerous papers and keynote addresses at various conferences and has organized workshops and conference and has organized workshops and conferences at the state & national levels. Dr.Rebecca Samson has authored three books and 15 papers for scientific journals, besides being an editor of two journals, she has also developed four manuals in nursing.

Professor Dr. Annabelle Rajaseharan is a distinguished and accomplished professional with a diverse and extensive background in the field of medicine, administration, and research. As an administrator in the Directorate , Dean of several Medical College she has played a pivotal role in the establishment of new medical colleges, the expansion of undergraduate and postgraduate seats, and the introduction of new courses in both government and private sectors ; she was instrumental in starting several Medical Colleges in various States of India and 112 PG courses - both speciality and super speciality courses . Having faced close to 200 inspections she can set the difficult path of facing any inspection be it UG or PG in the right direction . Holding an M.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Madras, India, since 1984, she has continually pursued academic excellence and furthered her education with an MBA from Indira Gandhi Open University, New Delhi, and additional training in Hospital Administration from IIM Ahmedabad. She was the Head of BA/ BE Unit in the private sector and a Subject Expert for CDCSO . Her expertise extends to 18 years in Clinical research, from Phases 1-4 studies, Regulatory Trials for new drugs and new medical equipment. She has served as a Subject Expert for CDSCO, State Chapter Head for a US Organization, and has organized and convened international workshops . She organised the first ever Medical Exhibition by a private Medical in Pondicherry which was a huge success and attracted School and Colleges students and the public from not only Pondicherry but also the neighbouring states of India . Dr Annabelle Rajaseharan’s illustrious career spans 32 years in teaching, 21 years in administration, and 5 years as the Head of the Institution, and 5 years as Director Medical Research Professor as well as MCI inspector, and she has made significant contributions to medical education , administration and Clinical Research and hence scores of years dedicated to advancing knowledge in the Medical field. Throughout her career, she has conducted GCP training for students from 48 universities across India . She has also been actively involved in various capacities, such as Clinical Monitor & Coordinator for Impeto Medical in France, Project in Charge for NMRC & CTERU-Govt of Singapore, and GCP training Convener for Aesculape in Singapore . She was for several year the head of the DIA ( Drug Information Association of the US ) TAMAIL NADU CHAPTER and served in DIA’s advisory board . Professor Dr. Annabelle Rajaseharan's commitment to ethical practices is evident through her roles as a member of Ethics Committees in reputable institutions, including TN. Dr. MGR Medical University and Madras Diabetic Research Centre. Her contributions to the field have been recognized through her membership in various committees and advisory roles, such as the India Advisory Committee for DIA. In addition to her academic and research achievements, she her administrative distinctions include serving as the Director of Medical Research at Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation, Dean at various medical colleges across different states, and holding significant positions in medical education and research organizations. Professor Dr. Annabelle Rajaseharan has been recognized for her outstanding contributions with awards such as the Best Doctor Award by Dr. MGR Medical University and the Women Leadership Award by VMRF-DU. Beyond her professional achievements, Professor Dr. Annabelle Rajaseharan has undertaken original research work in the field of medical technology transfer from the UK through TIFAC. Her dedication to advancing medical knowledge is evident in her involvement in preclinical and clinical studies, particularly in the use of Isoamyl 2-cyanoacrylate for sutureless surgery.
