
Refund & Replacement Policy
At BusinessHR.in, we are committed to delivering qualified and reliable candidates to our clients. To ensure complete satisfaction and trust in our hiring services, we offer the following Refund & Replacement Policy:
1. Free Replacement Guarantee (90 Days)
If a candidate sourced and placed by BusinessHR.in resigns or is terminated by the client within 90 days from the date of joining, we will provide one free replacement for the same position at no additional cost.
2. Conditions for the Free Replacement
The free replacement will be provided under the following conditions:

The position, job description, and compensation structure remain unchanged.

The client notifies BusinessHR.in in writing (email accepted) within 7 days of the candidate’s exit.

All invoices related to the original placement have been fully paid on time.
3. Replacement Timeline
BusinessHR.in will start the replacement process immediately upon receiving the exit notification and will share suitable profiles based on:

Current market availability

Client’s hiring urgency
-
Position requirements remaining unchanged
4. Non-Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement shall not be applicable if:

The client changes the job role, salary package, or work location after the candidate joins.

The candidate leaves due to workplace issues such as harassment, unsafe conditions, unethical practices, or significant changes in working terms.

The client delays payment of invoices or has outstanding dues.

The client hires the candidate for another role internally without notifying BusinessHR.in.
5. Refund Policy

BusinessHR.in generally offers replacement instead of monetary refunds.

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of BusinessHR.in management.
6. Client Cooperation
The client must provide timely feedback, interview availability, and necessary details to enable BusinessHR.in to complete the hiring/replacement process efficiently.
